Terms & Conditions
1. This “Listerine® Gold Mouth, Gold Health: Ca$h for More-Play & Win Game” is open to all citizens of Malaysia above 18 years of age (as of 15th January 2019). This “Play & Win Game” is not open to employees of JNTL (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., its affiliates and/or related companies, distributors, advertising agencies, contractors and service providers, as well as said employees; immediate family members”.
2. The “Listerine® Gold Mouth, Gold Health: Ca$h for More-Play & Win Game” will run from 15th Jan till 19th Feb 2019, 11:59PM. The Organizer reserves the right to shorten or extend the “Play & Win Game” without prior notice.
3. To participate in the “LISTERINE® GOLD MOUTH, GOLD HEALTH- CA$H FOR MORE- PLAY & WIN GAME”, participants need to:
Participants need to provide their personal information in Listerine®’s mobile site and collect as many gold coins as they can within a stipulated time.
4. Every unique participant will receive an 18% Discount Voucher from Lazada via email for any purchase of Listerine® with a maximum claim of RM8 and up to 3,000 unit of vouchers.
5. Every 8th unique participant will receive an 88% Discount Voucher from Lazada via email for any purchase of Listerine® with a maximum claim of RM28 and up to 300 unit of vouchers.
6. Vouchers will be sent out by email no later than one month after the contest ends.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Game in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the vouchers with another of similar value without prior notice. All vouchers are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. All vouchers are given on an “as is” basis.
10. By participating in this Game, participants agree to be bound by these official terms and conditions and decisions of the Organizer.
11. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, annul or rescind the terms of the Game without further notice. The Organizer’s decision on any matter concerning the Game is final with respect to any aspect of the Game, including the determination of the winner(s). No challenges to the selection of winners will be entertained.
12. The Organizer and its respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, branches, directors, officers, employees and agents assume no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any accident, harm, damage, losses (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or charges, injuries, unforeseen circumstance, and any inconvenience or any other liabilities of any nature whatsoever arising through participation of this Game or in connection with the fulfillment of any prize, nor for any charges in dates or in times or cancellations which may prevent the selected winner(s) from redeeming the voucher.
13. Participants release the Organizer and its respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, branches, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Game and the awarding and use, misuse or possession of the prizes, including liability for any personal injury or death except where prohibited or limited by law.
